HOW WE ACHIEVE OUR GOALS
At UltraVision we provide high quality coaching to help develop individuals overall level of ability. The strengths of goal setting are a big part of our philosophy. Our coaches work with players to set achievable goals and track their progress overtime. We also strive to have strong support networks with the coach, parents and child.
Part of our approach is the benefits of a support network. When parents and coaches work together, they can take a more holistic approach to the child athlete's development. This can include not only physical training, but also mental and emotional development, which can help the child to reach their full potential. It also helps with positive role models as parents and coaches work together to model how teamwork, sportsmanship, dedication and other essential values can help the youth footballer develop into a well-rounded individual.
Another key part of our approach is the importance of training hard while having the goal of fun oriented clubs. The reasons for this is as follows:
1. Engagement and Motivation: when football players of any age are having fun, they are more likely to be engaged and motivated to the challenges of progress within football.
2. The increase in skill development: when being in a safe and comfortable environment we have found that players are more open to learning and trying new things.
3. The reduction of stress and pressure: when playing football while having fun, children are less susceptible to feeling stressed or under pressure.
